Pedestrian accidents in Orange County often lead to some of the most serious outcomes that we see as a result of traffic collisions. In addition to these numbers, hundreds more pedestrians will be hurt in accidents. The injuries sustained in a pedestrian accident are often expected to be severe. Following a pedestrian accident, you should know and understand your legal rights. California law gives victims and their families the right to bring a legal claim against the driver who caused the accident. This right is not unlimited, however. Drivers are only responsible when they were at least partially at fault for the collision.
