Corona, CA – Multi-Car Crash with Injuries on Riverside Fwy.

Corona, CA (March 6, 2023) – Officials in Corona were called to the scene of a multi-car crash with injuries on Monday, March 6th. The crash happened just after 7:00 a.m. on the Riverside Freeway, just west of the I-15 Freeway.
According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, a total of six vehicles were involved in the collision. Police say that a white Ford F-250 crashed into the back of another vehicle which started a chain-reaction collision. A Mercedes Benz E-300 and a white Audi A5 were also involved in the crash. The other vehicles were described as a white Tesla, a gray Chevrolet Equinox, and a white Honda. Paramedics responded to the accident scene and treated multiple patients for unknown injuries. There is no word on the conditions of the victims at this time.
Traffic in the area was affected by the collision as motorists experienced significant delays at the scene. Travelers were advised to avoid the area and to find an alternate route of travel if possible.
