Laguna Beach, CA – Woman Killed while Crossing South Coast Highway

Laguna Beach, CA (February 6, 2023) – A female pedestrian was killed in a crash that took place in Laguna Beach on Sunday evening, February 5th. The accident happened around 6:00 p.m. in the 30600 block of South Coast Highway.

The Laguna Beach Police Department was dispatched to the scene of the crash. According to a report, the female pedestrian was trying to cross the roadway when she was hit by a car. Paramedics arrived and rushed the woman to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. The driver of the car remained at the scene and spoke with authorities about the accident.
