San Bernardino, CA – One Killed in Three-Car Crash on Baseline St.
San Bernardino, CA (May 28, 2023) – Officials in San Bernardino are investigating after a fatal crash on Saturday, May 27th. The accident happened around 10:40 a.m. on Baseline Street.
According to investigators, a pickup truck struck a BMW before swerving into incoming traffic. The truck then hit a minivan, causing both vehicles to travel through the front yard of a home and crash into a fence. The minivan driver was taken to a hospital where they were later pronounced dead as a result of their injuries. There were no additional injuries reported. No one involved in the crash has been identified at this time.
There is no word on what caused the accident to occur. The road was partially closed so that police could investigate the crash and clear the scene. An investigation is ongoing at this time.
