Valencia DUI Crash
Drivers who operate their vehicles under the influence of drugs and alcohol are placing themselves and others around them at tremendous risk. A significant percentage of traffic accidents involving death or serious injury happen because of impaired drivers. A driver who is impaired has a slower reaction time, compromised reflexes, and an inability to appreciate the dangers associated with driving. All of these factors combine to make impaired driving one of the most careless and irresponsible behaviors in which a motorist can engage.
If you have been hurt by an impaired driver, you likely have questions regarding your legal rights. A DUI crash can be complex and should only be handled by an attorney who has experience with these types of accidents. Your attorney should be familiar with the signs of impairment and how law enforcement officers conduct sobriety tests on suspected impaired individuals. A DUI crash can also result in victims seeking punitive damages in an effort to punish the other driver for their reckless actions.
Here at Madison Law Group, we strongly believe that all negligent drivers should be held accountable for their behaviors. We especially condemn drunk driving and the dangers associated with it.
