Los Angeles, CA (January 25, 2023) – A 28-year-old man from Moorpark was killed when he was struck by a car in Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 25th. The accident happened around 4:00 a.m. on the 5 Freeway near downtown.
According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, the man was walking near the roadways when he was hit by a car. The crash occurred in the southbound lanes of the Freeway near the Cesar Chavez Avenue exit ramp. The victim was thrown several feet following the initial impact. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
