Santa Ana, CA – Woman Injured when Car Crashes into Apartment on Memory Ln.
Santa Ana, CA (May 2, 2023) – A woman in Santa Ana suffered critical injuries following a crash on Monday evening, May 1st. The accident took place around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Memory Lane and Garden Grove Boulevard.
According to a report from the scene, a vehicle was speeding in the area when the driver lost control. The car left the road and collided with an apartment building, where it struck a woman. The victim was inside the apartment at the time of the crash. Police say that the woman was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment of critical injuries. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene following the crash. Police are still searching for the suspect at this time, and the identity of the victim has not been revealed. There were no other vehicles involved in the accident.
There is no word on the victim’s condition. No information has been released regarding the vehicle or the driver.
