Pomona, CA – Two Dead in Two-Car Crash on Garey Ave.

Pomona, CA (May 29, 2023) – A fatal car accident was reported in Pomona on Sunday, May 28th. The accident happened around 8:45 p.m. at the intersection of North Garey Avenue near East Bonita Avenue.

According to the Pomona Police Department, the crash involved an SUV and another vehicle. When police arrived, they found the SUV overturned with three people trapped inside. Two of the occupants died at the scene, while a third person was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Both vehicles suffered severe damage in the crash.
