Pasadena, CA – 10-Year-Old Boy Seriously Hurt in Pedestrian Crash on Sierra Bonita Ave.

Pasadena, CA (May 10, 2023) – A 10-year-old boy was injured in a pedestrian accident that took place in Anaheim on Monday night, May 8th. The crash took place around 7:30 p.m. on Sierra Bonita Avenue at the intersection with E. Colorado Boulevard.

According to Lit. Tim Bundy with the Pasadena Police Department, a 35-year-old man was driving northbound on Sierra Bonita Avenue. As the car traveled northbound, the vehicle struck a 10-year-old boy who was crossing the street in a westbound direction. The boy suffered head injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for additional treatment. There is no word on his condition at this time. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and spoke with investigators.
