Los Angeles, CA – One Dead, One Hurt in Crash on West Florence Ave.
Los Angeles, CA (March 18, 2023) – The Los Angeles Police Department was summoned to the scene of a car accident with injuries on Saturday morning, March 18th. The accident was reported just after 1:00 a.m. on West Florence Avenue at the intersection with South Gramercy Place.
According to a report from officials, two cars were traveling in opposite directions on West Florence when one of them crossed the center line of the roadway. The vehicles then collided head-on with each other. One of the drivers, a 42-year-old man, died at the crash scene. The other driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment of critical, life-threatening injuries. The identities of the victims have not been released at this time. It is unclear what caused the collision to occur. There were no other vehicles or individuals involved in the accident.
