Fatal Car Accidents in California
Fatal traffic accidents in California happen multiple times each day. On average, approximately 4,000 people are killed in traffic accidents on our state’s roadways every year. Most fatal traffic accidents occur due to negligent driving, such as speeding, impairment, distraction, and failure to follow basic traffic laws. These accidents are usually avoidable through the use of ordinary care and caution. However, a reckless driver is usually engaging in risky driving behavior that places all other motorists at risk. Many victims of injury accidents were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time when they come into contact with a negligent driver. The cause of every serious and fatal accident will be closely investigated in order to determine who should be held legally responsible.
