Los Angeles, CA (April 21, 2023) – A man was killed in a Los Angeles hit-and-run accident on Friday morning, April 21st. The crash was reported around 12:50 a.m. in the 13000 block of Hubbard Street.

Police say that a 40-year-old man was walking on Hubbard Street when he was hit by a car driven by a woman in her early 20s. After striking the man, the woman exited her vehicle but then got back in and fled the scene before police could arrive. The victim was rushed to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. The man’s identity has not been released at this time. The suspect was last seen traveling westbound on Hubbard Street. There is no description of her vehicle at this time.

An investigation into the accident is underway. No further information has been released.
