Los Angeles, CA – Car Accident with Injuries at 110 Fwy. and El Segundo Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA (March 23, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol was summoned to the scene of an injury accident in Los Angeles on Thursday morning, March 23rd. The accident was first reported around 9:30 a.m. on the Harbor 110 Freeway, just north of El Segundo Boulevard.
According to CHP officials, a white BMW and a gray Tesla collided in the HOV lane of the freeway. The BMW then overturned and collided with a concrete guardrail. The Tesla came to rest facing sideways in the No. 1 lane of the road. Both cars suffered substantial damage, and debris was scattered in the roadway. At least one person was hurt in the accident. Paramedics responded to the scene and provided treatment to the victim before taking them to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. There is no update on their condition at this time.
The Los Angeles Fire Department also assisted at the scene. The accident remains under investigation at this time. There is no additional information available.
