Rosemead, CA – One Killed in Crash on Pomona Fwy.
Rosemead, CA (March 10, 2023) – A man lost his life in a multi-car accident in Rosemead on Friday morning, March 10th. The accident occurred around 4:50 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the Pomona Freeway near San Gabriel Boulevard.
According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, a gray SUV, another vehicle, and a semi-truck were all involved in the collision. The truck was blocking the left-hand lane of the roadway after the crash. Paramedics and rescue officials responded to the scene and found one victim suffering from serious injuries. The victim, identified only as a male, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. There is no word on the events leading up to the crash. Motorists were advised to avoid the area and to find an alternate route of travel if possible.
