Car Accidents in California

California’s roadways can be a dangerous and deadly place for motorists. According to statistics, approximately 250,000 people were hurt, and about 4,000 lost their lives in accidents that took place on our state’s roadways last year. These crashes took place for many reasons, but most were caused by careless and reckless drivers. The majority of serious and fatal collisions could have been prevented through the use of ordinary care and caution by the negligent driver.

If you or a family member were involved in a collision, you should speak with an experienced attorney as soon as possible. It is crucial to have a full understanding of your legal rights following a car accident. Too often, injured victims make the mistake of attempting to handle their own cases. When this happens, motorists can end up with an inadequate settlement that fails to fully compensate them for their losses. Having a lawyer by your side ensures that your legal rights will be protected and that you receive the compensation you deserve.
