Injury Accidents in California

Each day, we all get into a vehicle to travel to and from our destination. No one ever expects that their trip will end with an injury crash. However, injury accidents happen each day and occur multiple times every day across our state. According to statistics compiled by the California Highway Patrol, more than 250,000 motorists are injured annually in crashes that take place in California. To make matters worse, victims are often minding their own business and following all traffic laws when they are involved in the crash. Tens of thousands of California car accidents could have been easily prevented if the driver had utilized ordinary care and caution to avoid the accident. However, the reality is that most accidents, while they were initially preventable, will be caused by reckless drivers.

California law allows accident victims to recover compensation for their injuries. If you believe that you may have a legal case, you should reach out to an attorney as soon as possible. Too often, victims make the initial mistake of speaking with the insurance adjuster prior to contacting a lawyer. Sometimes this also leads to a quick settlement which is often not in your best interest. The insurance company wants to handle your case as quickly and cheaply as possible. They are not interested in achieving fairness.

Here at Madison Law Group, we can make sure that you receive the compensation that you deserve. We firmly believe that all negligent drivers should be compensated for their losses. We know that the days and weeks following the accident are difficult, and our firm wants to ensure that your future is protected.
