Rialto, CA – Yolanda Vargas Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on E. Randall Ave.

Rialto, CA (January 29, 2023) – A 62-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Rialto on Thursday, January 26th. The crash took place around 9:00 p.m. in the 100 block of East Randall Avenue.

According to a report from authorities, Yolanda Varga was traveling eastbound on Randall Avenue when her vehicle was hit by a dark-colored four-door sedan. Vargas was found suffering from critical injuries. She was later pronounced dead as a result of the injuries. The driver of the sedan fled the scene before police could arrive. There is no description of the vehicle or the suspect available at this time. Charges are pending the outcome of an investigation.
