Unfortunately, most of these accidents will end with victims being injured and even killed. According to statistics, more than 80{1370d1a44a2a36111fd8aac2ccbc5aad49bce4f615ec80e8124ffd285aa21fc2} of all pedestrian accidents in our area will result in injuries. A pedestrian crash can turn your life upside down in a second. This does not mean that you should be responsible for the damage that was caused. Under California law, pedestrians who are hurt in an accident may have the legal right to recover compensation as a result of their injuries.
