Monterey Park, CA – Pedestrian Killed in Crash on Atlantic Blvd.

Monterey Park, CA (May 21, 2023) – Police are investigating the aftermath of a fatal pedestrian accident on Saturday, May 20th. The crash happened just after 1:30 a.m. on Atlantic Boulevard near the 60 Freeway overpass.

According to officials, the pedestrian was walking on Atlantic Boulevard when they were hit by a car. The pedestrian was found lying in the middle of the roadway. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the crash scene. The identity of the pedestrian was not released. There is no description of the vehicle or the suspect available at this time.
