Los Angeles, CA (February 2, 2023) – Police in Los Angeles were called to a crash on Thursday morning, February 2nd. The accident happened around 10:30 a.m. on Foothill Boulevard at the intersection with Sherman Grove Avenue.

The Los Angeles Fire Department also responded to the scene of the accident. According to officials, there were two vehicles involved. At least one of the vehicles caught fire following the crash. Officials had to extricate a 45-year-old man from a burning car. The man was treated at the scene and then taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition. A 75-year-old woman in the other car was taken to the hospital in serious condition. There were no other reported injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation at this time. There is no word on whether any charges will be filed. No further information is available.
