Los Angeles Car Accidents

Car accidents in Los Angeles can happen very suddenly and unexpectedly. When a crash occurs, it must be carefully investigated by authorities. A crash in Los Angeles can result in serious injuries, including broken bones, soft tissue injuries, strains, scarring, and more. The effects of an accident can linger for many weeks and months after the crash. While the impact can be far-reaching, it is important to ensure that your legal rights are fully protected.

Under California law, victims of an injury accident may have certain valuable and important rights.  Crash victims can receive compensation for their injuries, including their medical bills and lost wages. The amount of your claim can only be determined after consultation with an attorney. Before you speak with the insurance company, you should talk to a skilled and compassionate lawyer who can help. Many motorists make the mistake of trying to handle their claims on their own. This can result in an inadequate settlement that fails to fully compensate you for your injuries. Once you settle your case, you are usually not able to go back and receive additional compensation for your injuries.
