Los Angeles, CA – Rosa Rodriguez Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Vermont Ave.

Los Angeles, CA (June 25, 2023) – Police in Los Angeles are investigating after a hit-and-run crash left a woman dead on Friday night, June 23rd. The collision took place around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of West 90th Street and Vermont Avenue.

According to a report from police, 77-year-old Rosa Rodriguez was leaving a church service. As Rodriguez walked away from the church, she was struck by a car. The driver of the car failed to stop at the scene. Paramedics responded and found Rodriguez lying in the roadway. She suffered critical injuries and later succumbed to her injuries at the scene. There were no other victims involved in the accident.
