Los Angeles, CA – CHP Responds to Injury Crash on I-10 at Sunset Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA (July 13, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a serious car accident on Thursday, July 13th. The accident happened around 9:00 a.m. on Interstate 10 near Sunset Boulevard.
According to officials, four cars were involved in the crash. At least one person suffered injuries as a result of the collision. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to provide medical treatment to the injured victim. There is no word on the nature or the extent of the victim’s injuries at this time. Tow trucks were also dispatched in order to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway. There is no word on what caused the crash to occur. The road was partially blocked as motorists were told to avoid the area and to find alternate travel routes if possible.
Police did not say if any charges are expected to be filed. The investigation remains ongoing, and no further details have been released at this time.
