Laguna Beach, CA – Pedestrian Killed on Crash on South Coast Hwy.

Laguna Beach, CA (January 28, 2023) – A deadly pedestrian crash was reported in Laguna Beach early Saturday morning. The accident happened around 2:50 a.m. in the 700 block of South Coast Highway.

According to a report from the Laguna Beach Police Department, an unidentified male pedestrian was found lying in the roadway by authorities. The man had been hit by a vehicle and suffered critical injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle that struck the man remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. There were no other injuries reported as a result of the accident.
