Car Accidents in Glendale

According to data maintained by the California Highway Patrol, there were 40,669 car accidents reported in Los Angeles County in 2021. A total of 4,477 of these crashes resulted in death or severe injuries for the victims. Many others resulted in more minor or short-term injuries. However, even accidents that do not result in major injuries can still be stressful and problematic. With any car accident involving injuries, victims must deal with medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages, and the inability to enjoy activities that they once enjoyed. Car accidents can occur in many ways, but the large majority are caused by negligent motorists.

When victims are involved in an accident, it is important to seek medical care right away. Failing to see a doctor can result in injuries that linger. What may seem like a minor injury at first can quickly turn into a long-lasting permanent and painful injury. Receiving medical care as soon as possible is critical to a full recovery. In some cases, the injuries caused by an accident may not be readily noticeable right away. Therefore, it is important to follow up with your doctor in order to ensure that you receive prompt and appropriate treatment.
