Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident in Carson

Los Angeles County can be a dangerous place for motorists. With more than 50,000 reported car accidents every year and approximately 7,000 serious crashes involving injuries or death, the dangers cannot be emphasized enough. Negligent drivers are very prevalent on our local roadways. All it takes is a split second of negligent or careless driving to cause an accident that can have consequences for life. Leaving the scene of the crash often compounds the problem as it makes the investigation more difficult to conduct, and it also can result in additional charges for the driver. In California, all drivers are legally required to remain at the scene of an injury crash.
