Anaheim, CA – Injury Crash Involving Truck on 91 Fwy.

Anaheim, CA (March 21, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol was called to the scene of an injury crash involving a semi-truck in Anaheim. The accident took place just after 3:00 a.m. on the Riverside 91 Freeway near Harbor Boulevard.

According to a report from the CHP, the accident involved two vehicles and happened in the eastbound lanes of the roadway. Authorities say that a black or gay Kia Soul collided with a semi-truck. The crash caused the semi-truck to land on top of the center divider, partially blocking the HOV lane. The Soul was overturned on its side in the right-hand lane of the freeway. Both the driver of the truck and the driver of the Soul were transported to a hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. The identities of the two victims have not been released at this time. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
